To begin with, teenagers are not independent enough to take care of themselves. With the publishment of one children policy, most family just has one child. They are the apple in their parents’ eyes. In order to make them live better, parents will do most things for them. How can they look after themselves in abroad? If they go abroad in such a young age, they may under great stress. If so, how can they devote themselves to study? As a result, going abroad for study has no good news. Even it will have bad influence on their little heart.

　　首先，孩子们还没有足够的独立能力去照顾自己。由于独生子女政策的实行，大多数家庭只有一个孩子。他们是父母的掌上明珠。为了能让他们过得更好，大部分事情父母都会为他们办好。他们怎么能够在国外照顾自己呢?如果他们在这么小的年纪就出国，他们可以要承受很大的压力。如果是这样，他们如何能够潜心学习呢?因此，出国留学一点都不好。甚至对他们幼小的心灵会有不良影响。

　　In addition, teenagers’ discipline always is not very good. Not many people have a good self-discipline, special in the young age. When the children go abroad, they don’t have parents accompanied with them to remind them what should do and what shouldn’t do. It is easy for them to be attracted by some bad temptation. At that time, no one knows what happen to the kids. In a long time, it may have bad effect on their life.

　　此外，小孩的自律性一直都不是很好。没有多少人有良好的自律性，特别是在年幼的时候。当孩子出到国外，他们再也没有父母的陪伴，提醒他们什么该做，什么不该做。他们很容易会被一些不良诱惑所吸引。到那时候，没有人知道孩子们发生了什么事情。长久下去，这会对他们的生活造成影响。

　　In general, I don’t think going to study abroad at young age is good for kids to grow up healthily. They need parents around them. They can goo abroad when they grow up.

Cell phones enable people to easily and quickly communicate with one another; wherever you are, you can instantly reach somebody. Cell phones eliminate the trouble of not being able to meet someone in person, and therefore increase business’s efficiency.

　　Mobile phones necessarily also harbor disadvantages. The radiation such phones emit is hazardous to one’s health. Furthermore, if people become too reliant on the use of cell phones, our face to face skills may decline. Any new invention has its drawbacks, and such negative aspects cannot always diminish its popularity. Despite the negative effects of television, for example, the number of people who own televisions continues to grow at a tremendous rate. This is also the case with mobile phones. People won’t stop eating just because of the risk of choking. In addition, the swift development of science and technology will likely eliminate the hazards cell phones may cause. One can safely predict, therefore, that with the introduction of new techniques, mobile phones will have more applications and become even more appealing to customers.

　　College always is the dream of everybody. When children start to enter primary school, they were told to set up the goal to go university one day in the future. You can see how important university to people. But the current college enrollment systems only stick to one rule. That is granting the opportunity according to test scores once a year. If anyone fails in the exam and still wants to go to college, he has to study for a whole and the take part in the test. I think this system is not perfect. It still has many flaws.

　　上大学是每个人的梦想。当孩子们开始去上小学的时候，他们就被告知要设立将来上大学的目标。可以看出大学对人们来说有多么的重要。但目前高校招生体系只坚持一个原则。那就是抓住一年一次的考试机会。不管是谁考试失败又还想去上大学的话，他就得再准备一年然后再参加考试。我认为这个体系是不完善的。还有许多缺点。

　　First of all, the system is not good for students’ mental health. Every student just has one chance per year after they have prepared for three years in school. It is too cruel for them. They may have some mental problems if they fail in the exam. Besides, we all know that time is precious. They can do many things in one year. But if they give up the opportunity to go to university after one failure, they will lose the chance to receive higher education.

　　首先，该体系不利于学生的心理健康。每个学生在学校准备了三年之后每年只有一次机会。这是对他们太残酷了。如果在考试中失败，他们可能会有心理上的问题。此外，我们都知道时间的宝贵。一年他们可以做很多事情。但是如果他们放弃了这个去上大学的机会，他们就会失去接受高等教育的机会。

　　Secondly, the system is not good to pick up excellent students. As I have mentioned before, people treat this test so important. Some excellent students may drop, because of the excessive stress. Sometimes students can’t show their ability is very normal. After all, no one is perfect. Vice versa, some students who don’t perform well in usual may get a high score in the college entrance exam.
